2. How do your diffusers work?


Our diffusers use ultrasonic technology to gently disperse a fine mist of water and essential oils into the air, helping to freshen your space while maintaining the natural properties of the oils.

 

3. Are your essential oils safe?

 


Yes. Our oils are carefully sourced and suitable for use in aroma diffusers when used as directed. We recommend keeping oils away from children, pets, and eyes, and not applying directly to the skin unless stated otherwise.

 

4. How much oil should I use in my diffuser?

 


We recommend 3–5 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water. You can adjust based on your scent preference and room size.

 

5. Do you deliver across Ghana?

 


Yes, we deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

6. How long does delivery take?

 

 

  • Accra & Tema: 1–3 business days

  • Other regions: 2–5 business days

7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

 


Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that opened oils and used diffusers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

9. What should I do if my diffuser is not working?

 


Please ensure:

 

  • The diffuser is plugged in properly

  • Water level is within the indicated limit

  • The power button is pressed correctly

10. How do I clean my diffuser?

 


Clean your diffuser once a week by:

 

  • Emptying remaining water

  • Wiping the tank gently with a soft cloth

  • Using a little white vinegar for deep cleaning (if needed)

 


Always unplug before cleaning.

 

11. Can I use other oils in your diffuser?

 


We recommend using diffuser-safe essential or fragrance oils. Thick or carrier oils may damage the diffuser.
